Days 1–15: choose a working direction

• List your skills, interests, constraints and preferred work conditions.
• Study 20 real job descriptions across two or three possible roles.
• Speak with alumni or professionals about the day-to-day work.
• Choose one primary role and one adjacent option for the next 90 days.

Days 16–45: close gaps and build proof

Select two or three recurring skills from your research. Learn through a small project with a clear output rather than collecting many certificates.

• Create one role-relevant project with documented decisions.
• Ask for feedback from someone familiar with the field.
• Publish a safe portfolio sample, case study or repository where appropriate.
• Record what you contributed and what you would improve.

Days 46–65: prepare your market materials

• Create a focused, ATS-readable resume.
• Align your LinkedIn headline, About section and experience.
• Prepare a concise introduction and six interview stories.
• Build a target-company list and job application tracker.

Days 66–90: apply, connect and learn

Use a balanced weekly routine: tailored applications, thoughtful networking, interview practice and continued project work. Review results every week. Change your approach based on patterns, not one rejection.

• Track applications and next actions.
• Request specific feedback when appropriate, without expecting a response.
• Protect time for rest and a sustainable routine.
