Digital product delivery
Career OS and other NxtPack digital products provide instant or near-instant access through email and secure download or account access. Because digital content cannot be returned after it has been delivered or accessed, purchases are generally non-refundable once delivery or access has occurred.
Payment or access problems
If you were charged but did not receive access, received a duplicate charge, cannot download your purchase, or believe a payment failed incorrectly, contact us. We will investigate genuine payment and access issues and work to provide the product or an appropriate resolution based on the transaction status.
Email support@nxtpack.in with the purchase email, payment reference, and a short description of the issue. Do not send card numbers, UPI PINs, passwords, or OTPs.
